Deepening Your Practice
Enjoy seven focused weeks with Spirit Animals and meditations in the comfort of your home. Morning and evening sessions
This new online retreat consists of 60-minute morning sessions, and 30-minute evening sessions once a week.
We'll work with Spirit Animals of the Six Directions (from the Peruvian Shamanism tradition), as well as explore the five-elements and the seven chakras.
Each session will include a guided demonstration of the corresponding Kundalini Yoga meditation.
DIana will be working with her Mesa, or traveling altar, which you will learn to make for yourself as well. (optional)
You'll have one week between sessions to practice and apply your wisdom card and meditation.

THIRD SUNDAY of the month

Ongoing gatherings in Mt Washington
Go deeper with your practice in a gathering of like-minds.
Time to absorb the teachings and open up in discussion and sharing. We'll walk to Monk's Trail to choose our Spirit Animal, dissect our Animal's wisdom and understand ways in which the wisdom relates to our life. Diana will provide more interpretation of the wisdom and do a chakra diagnosis for each participant to reveal energetic and emotional blockages to help you move forward. We'll finish this part of the day with one Kundalini yoga meditation.
We'll break for tea and snacks, learn to journey for your Power Animal, and end with a powerful guided sitting meditation, with gongs and bells, for gratitude and thanks.
Limited to eight people.
