How and Why I Created These Workshop
The truth is, I took too many showers:) This is when most of these themes for the gatherings have popped into mind; thus, these practices are forever evolving, one shower at a time.
I had taken one neurographic workshop, something shifted, and it's spiraled ever since. I am so excited to share these practices. The simple process relaxed me so deeply.
I started drawing every day to work through the stuck thoughts—conflicts, worries, anger, fear, and even procrastination—and I drew to manifest inner qualities I wanted more of in my life. Drawing gave me the well-deserved quiet I took to sleep, and the relaxed focus before starting my day. Always, with every drawing, something lifted and the external shifted. Either I knew what to do next, the issue dissolved, my perspective changed, or opportunities opened up.
I can't say enough about the neurographic line practice, which has been scientifically proven to change habitual brain patterns and create neural pathways that deliver positive outcomes.

I never imagined that I'd be combining it with animals.
This has become a unique and profound approach to connect and receive messages.

These FREE pop-up Zoom gatherings combine intuition, mindfulness, journaling, and self-reflection through exercises designed to strengthen, expand beyond our limitations, trust, and feel the presence of Spirit. Each gathering explores a different theme, such as communicating with animals, receiving messages from Spirit Animals, nature, guides, and our departed loved ones. Other themes include establishing healthy boundaries, healing emotional patterns, manifesting what we'd like, and developing confidence as animal communicators.

The process is here to help you access your own inner wisdom through creativity, imagination, and reflection.
