🧠 What is Neurographic Art?​

 

Many people have never heard of Neurographia, but it is a profound practice. It has been scientifically proven to change habitual brain patterns and create neural pathways that deliver positive outcomes. 

​

Neurographica helps bypass the critic, dismantle limitations, and open pathways to hear guidance clearly.

​

The simple process relaxes the nervous system deeply. You draw to work through stuck thoughts—conflicts, worries, anger, fear, and even procrastination—and to manifest the inner qualities you want more of in your life.

​

Always, with every drawing, something lifts and the external shifts. Either you know what to do next, the issue dissolves, your perspective changes, or new opportunities open up.

How and Why I Created the Different Themes​

The truth is, I took too many showers:)  This is when most of these themes have popped into mind; thus, these practices are forever evolving,

one shower at a time.

​

The first time I took a neurographic workshop, something shifted.

And it's spiraled ever since.

​

I never imagined that I'd be combining it with my animal work. 

This has become a unique and profound approach to connect and receive messages.​

​

These pop-up Zoom gatherings feature different themes, but all combine intuition, mindfulness, journaling, and self-reflection through targeted exercises designed to help you strengthen your inner guidance, expand beyond your limitations, trust your path, and feel the presence of Spirit.
